Due to a high volume of participants, technical issues occurred in the Dalma app, preventing many users from completing the participation process. In order to ensure equal conditions for all, the participation deadline for the prize draw has been extended by an additional two days.

As a result, you may still take part in the prize draw by submitting fiscal receipts (VAT receipts) from purchases made within the previously announced timeframe, until today at 23:00, inclusive.

Prize Draw Summary – 19 December
The prize draw will be concluded on 19 December at 19:30, at Dalma, next to the Christmas tree. All participants are welcome to attend the draw in person.

Those who are unable to be physically present may follow the draw live on Dalma’s Facebook and Instagram pages.

Important Information for Participants:
- Please note that if the winner’s name is announced three times without response, or if the winner does not answer the phone call, the prize will be considered void.
- On the day of the draw, participants must present their participation receipts, the Dalma app, and a valid form of identification.
